The hotel was recently renovated, it had a nice and absolutely perfect location right by river and the slopes. Had wonderful double room with the bath, double bed plus spa access.

During my stay at Hotel & Spa Radiana, I was amazed by the stunning grounds surrounding the property. The landscaping was beautifully maintained and provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

Very good breakfast. Menu in the evening also very good. Very friendly staff, who tried very hard to find a locked room for my bike. If you would like to enjoy a massage or other treatment in the afternoon, you should book in advance.

The spa in the same house has many individual pools with bubblers, massage jets etc., but I didn't like the sauna area that much (swimwear obligatory, no nude area). Nevertheless very pleasant spa stay.

After a long day on the motorbike it was great to be able to use a thermal bath

The value for money at this hotel is great, considering the size of the room and the excellent spa facilities. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walking opportunities. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The restaurant area, disastrous service, no service for this good hotel. Unorganized and incompetent. Left after half an hour of not being served.

our stay at the hotel was fantastic. the room was modern and clean, with great amenities like a kettle and a bath. the evening meal at the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast had a variety of fresh fruit. the location was perfect for easy access to the slopes and the sauna&spa facilities were a pleasant surprise.

Staff could have been more friendly.

The Sunday menu was regional and good. Breakfast was rich and also regional products were available. Nice reception and easy handling.

After a counted long 10 min. waiting time at the bar we went looking for staff to ask if they would serve a beer. 5 minutes later someone came and was very friendly. Poor or no WLAN reception (room and restaurant)

The location couldn't be more wonderful in the mountains. Besides, it was 3 km away from Cascade du Morel. The room was well-appointed and included coffee/tea making facilities, multi-channel television and a study table. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bath.

Its location close to the autoroute but not too close makes it convenient for travelers. Additionally, its proximity to the ski resorts is a plus for those looking to enjoy some time on the slopes. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities meet all the necessary requirements. The rooms, although they may have an old-fashioned shower over the bath, are comfortable and include breakfast.

Not everything was perfect, but overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent.

Unbeatable and amazing location, it was just next door to skiing at Valmorel as well as the mountain. Also, La Lechere Thermal Baths was around 4-6 minutes' walk from the venue.

Comfortable location in the mountains in a calm area. Helpfulness from the whole stuff. Nicely decorated units with double bed.

The hotel is conveniently located in the mountains, perfect for skiing at Valmorel and other ski areas. The rooms are very comfortable with modern décor and newly refurbished corridors. Guests have praised the variety of options available during breakfast and the family rooms with two separate beds.

The service can be limited and understaffed at times.

The rooms where tastefully decorated with double bed, you feel like home. The location was peaceful and convenient near the main road allowing early drive up to the ski resorts and met needs.
